Pollards Tea & Coffee is a wholesale coffee roaster, selling coffee tea, catering sundries and beverage equipment to businesses throughout the UK.
Our products are seasonal and bespoke so are constantly changing. We agree prices on a negotiated basis with each customer and for a specified time period.
We do not sell directly to consumers or private individuals via our website or telephone.

Delivery Policy
Deliveries are made by our own vehicles or by a third party courier. Typically orders are dispatched within three working days of receipt and delivered either the same day (if using our own vehicles) or the next working day (if sent by couriers).
Cancellations
Cancellation of any order can be made until 7 working days after the order has been received. However, if goods are being produced to a customers own specific specifications, the order may be cancelled at anytime before production has commenced.
To cancel an order please email hello@pollards.com or fax 0114 242 5309 detailing your name, address, contact number, invoice details and the details of the goods you wish to cancel. Alternatively you may write to the companies registered office.
Returns/Refunds
Any non food items may be returned within 7 working days of receipt and a full refund will be given. The goods are to be returned at the customers expense and customers should take reasonable care of the goods in their possession.
Fresh food items may not be returned and refunds will not be given.
To return items please email hello@pollards.com or fax 0114 242 5309 detailing your name, address, contact number, invoice details and the details of the goods you wish to return. Alternatively you may write to the companies registered office.
